From welcome dinners to farewell brunches, every moment is carefully curated. We manage the flow of the entire weekend so you can enjoy your time with family and friends while knowing every detail is in expert hands

Luxury Elopements

For two (or up to 15 guests), we design intimate and tailor-made experiences where the focus is entirely on your connection.

Anniversaries & Private Events

We craft celebrations beyond weddings with the same care and boutique approach — birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals, and private gatherings.

Venue Selection – Exploration Package

With access to over 40 handpicked venues in Tulum, Riviera Maya, and Yucatán, we help you find the perfect place to match your vision.
This package is designed to save you time and give you confidence in your choices.

What’s included:

● Personalized consultation about your needs and must-haves

● Visits to up to 5 venues

● 2 food tastings

● Optional meetings with a photographer and makeup artist

● 2 nights lodging in town

💡 If you later decide to book us for planning, the amount paid for this package is applied toward your wedding creation fee (10% planning fee credit).

Personalized Design

If you already have planning support but need a creative partner, we help you craft moodboards, styling concepts, and unique setups that reflect your story. We can source, design, and elevate details so your event feels intentional and cohesive.

**Month-of Wedding Management (D-Day Extended)**

We go beyond “day-of coordination” to ensure everything is prepared and seamless. From one month before your wedding, we step in fully, taking charge of the project so nothing is left to chance.

Before the Wedding

● Gather all details planned so far and create a visual moodboard

● Unlimited email access for questions and adjustments

● Consolidate the budget and vendors into one clear overview

● Create the wedding day timeline and service definitions

● Confirm final details with each vendor and the venue

● Concierge assistance for your guests if needed

● On-site walk-through one week before the event

● Ceremony rehearsal coordination the day before

On the Wedding Day

● First to arrive, last to leave — ensuring everything runs smoothly

● Oversee setup, layouts, and all final details

● Guide the ceremony processional and seating

● Direct vendors and entertainers so timing flows perfectly

● Support the couple and families throughout

● Stay on site until the first dance and the party is underway

● Manage the return of all rentals post-event
