02Do we need to visit Tulum before the wedding?Read answer
It’s not required — we plan with couples all over the world through video calls, WhatsApp and email. If you’d like to see venues in person, our Venue Discovery package includes private visits to up to 5 venues and 2 food tastings.
03What’s the difference between full planning and month-of coordination?Read answer
Full planning covers everything from venue selection and design to vendors, budget, guests and the wedding day itself. Month-of coordination is for couples who have organized their vendors: we take full charge from one month before, so nothing is left to chance.
04How big or small can our wedding be?Read answer
From an elopement for two or an intimate celebration of up to 20 guests, to a full multi-day destination wedding weekend. Every celebration gets the same boutique attention.
05Can we bring our own vendors?Read answer
In part. We love working with our own trusted team — it’s how we guarantee the quality of every setup and service, from food & beverage to production and lighting.
You’re welcome to bring your own DJ or musicians, photographer, and hair & makeup artist. We’ll coordinate with them seamlessly so everything flows on the day.
06Do you help with our guests?Read answer
Yes — and we have someone dedicated to it. Helen takes care of your guests from the moment they book: room blocks and negotiated rates, airport and venue transfers, private drivers, excursions, spa days and curated activities.
She’s their go-to person before and during the wedding weekend, so you can focus on your celebration while every guest feels welcomed and looked after.
